    Marking/Labelling of the Product

    The packaging containing the food products and the containers that the packaging is being transported in must have a country of origin marking. The marking should read “Product of ” and should be written clearly and conspicuously in English. The importer must certify on entry that, if the products are repackaged, they will properly mark the repackaged containers; if they do not repackage, but resell to repackers, notification of the marking requirements will be given to such repackers.
